Angie & Jon Engaged!

In order to tell the story well of this shoot , you must be introduced to the main characters in this love story. Angie is a quirky lady who loves collecting animated objects, pinup artifacts, among other offbeat things. She appreciate peculiarities among pastel colors, retro furniture and anything dachshund related. Jon is a big fan of video games, zombies, the color black, and like Angie, loves collecting animated objects. They both are big movie enthusiasts, particularly Tim Burton.

Angie and Jon were not sure what direction to take their engagement shoot, but they had movies and trains in mind, considering they both love exploring and cinema. Alike Fred and I who are also huge into these themes, we ran well with this concept. Fred suggested Liberty State Park, where there is an abandoned train station and immediately the ideas ran. Angie describes her relationship with Jon as one where she can laugh with him in any situation and how she feels that together they can conquer the world. Angie had suggested she wanted her pictures to simulate as if they were still having fun in the midst of an apocalypse and "zombie invasion" after the disasters had occurred. One may say this is not common for an engagement shoot , but they are not a common couple.

FreedLense wants to be able to collaborate and express every clients personality and be able to merge ideas as we did successfully with Angie & Jon. Fred and I enjoyed shooting this immensely as we both come from film backgrounds where the main element is telling stories through images. Enjoy :).
